Visitation Scheduling and Registration
All visitors must register by following the instructions below. Those wishing to visit an inmate at the St. Lucie County Jail will have to register online or through the Kiosk provided in the jail lobby.

When scheduling your visit, you will be provided with the available days and times to choose from based on the inmate’s housing and classification. You will be responsible for showing up at least 15 minutes prior to the visit for check-in; you will not be allowed in if you arrive late. You will be required to acknowledge that you have read the visitation rules when scheduling a visit; any violations of the rules or dress code could result in your visit being cancelled.

Visitor Registration

Visitation staff will no longer schedule visits. Visitors will now be responsible for registering and scheduling visits. Before scheduling a visit online, all visitors must register themselves at:

Visitors without internet access can register for and schedule visits using the new visitation kiosk located in the visitation center lobby.

Visit the website above and click “Register Today”. Fill in the required information including a valid email address. Your email will be used to notify you if a visit has been canceled, or other important information. If you do not have an email address, please sign up for one at,, or any other free email provider.

**After entering the required information, check your email inbox for an email to finalize your registration. If you do not receive an email, check your spam/junk folder.

Scheduling a Visit

Log in to using the email address you provided during the registration process and the password you selected after initial login. Begin scheduling by clicking “Visitation” in the main menu.

Visits must be scheduled at least one (1) day in advance. Select the inmate you’d like to visit, and add any additional visitors that will attend the visit. Next, enter your preferred date, time, and location and click “Search”. Click “Select” next to the desired visitation time.

Visitors should arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled visit in order to check in. A valid government issued photo ID is required for check in.

Confirm your Selections

On the Conformation page, you can review your information and change your selections. At the bottom of the page, indicate that you have reviewed the facility’s visitation policy. Once you’ve confirmed all of the information on the page, click “Reserve”. If properly reserved, the status of the visit will show “Confirmed”.

Cancellation Policy

Visits must be cancelled at least one (1) day prior to the start of the visit.

After your visit has been confirmed, you will be able to view all of your upcoming scheduled visits on the home page. Click on the linked visit information (other than “cancel”) to review the details of a scheduled visit.

If you would like to cancel your visit, click “Cancel Visit” on the summary page; or on the home page, you can click the “X” next to the visit’s information. You must confirm that you would like to cancel the visit.
To view information about past visits, click the “View Visit History” link under the “My Account” tab.

Professional Visitation

Private attorneys or public defenders are permitted to visit at any time by making an appointment with jail lobby personnel.  Advanced appointments are preferred as this helps prevent any delays.

Onsite Rules and Regulations

1. Video Visitation appointments are available by scheduling only, and may be scheduled, modified, or cancelled not less than one (1) day to no more than seven (7) days in advance. Web-based scheduling is completed through the Renovo Visitor Web, and in person scheduling is completed at the jail visitation desk or the visitation kiosk next to the visitation desk. A one-time registration is required prior to receiving access to schedule visits. The registration process can be completed at the Saint Lucie County Jail visitation desk. Visits may be scheduled during any available appointment identified during the scheduling process, and will last up to one (1) hour, at which point the visit will end automatically.

2. Video Visitation availability is as follows:
a. All inmates will receive two (2) one (1) hour visits per week.
b. Available visitation times will be shown at the time of scheduling and are based on housing location, classification, and availability of stations.
c. Some housing areas have visitation based on a first come first serve basis, registration prior to visiting is still required.

3. Inmate visitation is subject to postponement or cancellation due to jail emergency and administrative reasons. Cancellation notification will be sent via email or telephone message, as long as visitors have provided an email address or telephone number for contact.

4. No more than two (2) visitors are allowed to check in per visit.

5. Only one (1) visitor may visit at a time.

6. No minors are allowed to visit at this time and will not be permitted in the visitation area or waiting area of the lobby.

7. All visitors must properly identify themselves upon arriving at the jail visitation area. Picture I.D. is required. Valid Florida or other state Driver’s License, valid State I.D, valid passport or valid military I.D. are the only identification accepted at the time of the visit.

8. All visitors are monitored and are subject to search and recording.

9. You must arrive at St Lucie County Jail’s visitation center 15 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled visit. If you do not arrive at least 15 minutes prior, your visit may be canceled.

10. Only those scheduled to visit will be allowed in the video visitation area. Once you leave the video visitation area, you will not be allowed back in.

11. During your visit, you must remain at your visitation booth. Walking around the video visitation area or switching visitation booths is prohibited.

12. Visitors appearing to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be admitted into the video visitation area.

13. Proper attire is required at all times. Shoes and shirts must be worn; suggestive clothing, see-through fabrics, halter or tube type tops, tank tops, short shorts and mini-skirts will not be permitted. Appropriate underclothing is also required. Whether or not clothing is appropriate will be determined by the visitation officer. Your visitation privileges may be revoked based on the severity of the violation.

14. Cell phones and electronic devices are prohibited inside the video visitation area. Your visitation privileges may be revoked if this is rule is violated.

15. Smoking, eating and drinking are not permitted in the video visitation area.

16. Please do not leave trash in the visitation booth or visiting area.

17. Loud talking, excessive emotionalism, any type of disruptive or suggestive behavior will not be permitted in the visiting area. Respect other visitors at all times.

18. Do not damage or deface visiting booths or phones. Immediate termination of visit will occur.

19. If you experience a problem with the audio or video reception during your visit, notify the visitation staff immediately.

**Violation of any of the above regulations may result in the immediate cancellation of the visit and/or suspension of future visitation privileges.
