Downtown Professional Visiting Hours

Professional visiting hours end at 08:30 pm.

7 Days per week

  • 8:00 am – 10:45 am
  • 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm
  • 6:30pm – 8:30 pm

Public Visitation

Visitors must be 18 years of age and provide proper photo-identification.

Visits will not exceed 10 minutes. Only persons selected by the inmate will be allowed to visit. Visiting permitted on weekends only from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. According to the following schedule, determined by the inmate’s security level:

Visiting hours for downtown jail inmates are below:

  • Level 1
    • 1st Saturday of the month, 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
  • Level 21st Saturday of the month, 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
    • 3rd Sunday of the month, 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
  • Levels 4,6,8
    • 2nd, 3rd, 4th Saturday of the month, 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
  • Levels 3,5,7
    • 1st, 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month, 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm

Immigration Detainees:

  • 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturday of the month, 8:30 am – 10:30 am
  • 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month, 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm

US Marshal:
Same dates as Level 2

Male Inmates

  • Sunday: Inmates / Detainees last name A-K 8:00 am – 11:00 am
  • Tuesday: Inmates / Detainees last name L-Z 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
  • Thursday: Inmates / Detainees last name A-K 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
  • Saturday: Inmates / Detainees last name L-Z 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm

All Female Inmates / Detainees

  • Sunday: 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
  • Monday: 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm


  • Inmates / Detainees will be allowed one general visit per week, up to 30 minutes in length. The week runs Sunday through Saturday.
  • Registration for general visiting will close 35 minutes prior to the scheduled end of the visiting session. No one will be allowed to register after this time. Visits are always on a first come first serve basis.
  • There is no visitation on the following dates: New Years Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, The Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years Eve.
  • Only two adults are allowed per inmate / Detainee. Parents and Guardians must accompany all minors. Every adult must have a valid ID, which will be kept until the visit is complete.
  • All personal items must be locked in a locker. No personal items, food or drink is allowed in the visiting area.
  • You must sit in your assigned seat and use the assigned phone.
  • Visitors are responsible for their children and their actions.

Professional Visiting Hours & Rules

There are two types of professional visitation available: officer supervised and unsupervised:

  • Officer supervised visitation means that an officer is in the area. The professional visitor will be placed in a visitation room with the inmate and the door left unlocked.
  • Unsupervised visitation means there will not be an officer in the immediate area. The professional visitor will be placed in a visitation room with the inmate and the door locked. The professional visitor will have access to a phone in the room with him / her to be able to contact master control. The professional visitor has the option of having the inmate handcuffed to the wall for the duration of the visit.

Wednesday and Thursday:

  • 8:30 am – 11:00 am

1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
